"They say a picture speaks a thousand words...
So, here it is. No filter. No post-production. No body make-up. Raw and unadulterated."
"So, in the four weeks that I have returned from India what has been occurring?"
"When asked last year (...) how much money would I need to "change my life" I immediately answered "around four grand." The chaps in the conversation almost laughed out loud as their multiple millions seemed much more "realistic" than my ridiculously meagre amount."
"The focus moves down the body and always a modification taught that can be done easily and discreetly in the workplace. It is vital that the sessions have a "take-away" to give participants an element of movement re-education and ownership into taking care of their bodies whilst at work. Additionally, for companies / organisations this becomes part of the ongoing "health and wellbeing" offering..."
"Each time someone communicates with me I (try my utmost to) pay full attention and listen with both ears and eyes. It is amazing what additional information can be gleamed when observing the gestures, mannerisms and body-language alongside dialogue."
"One of my "rocks" is rolling on. I am going to miss him terribly for everything (and more than) listed above."
"You could see from expressions on faces that pure joy had just been experienced! Those moments will always be precious to me."
"Think of how newly mown grass makes you feel, or burning logs, parma-violet sweets, even petrol. The distinction of that scent associated with a time most prominent in our lives can bring about a very powerful reconnection, touching us in a deeply profound way."
Richard doesn't know his own strength sometimes and launched me across him with such force that I literally flew over...and way beyond where I needed to make contact with his feet

"Perhaps it is the reminder of a blissful feeling after a soothing treatment or for some the soft, comfortable floor underfoot evokes the excitement of achieving "another" first balance or unknown stretch."
"This intricate and tiny adjustment is done with such care and respect for each individual that it is always with huge wonderment (as much myself as for participant!) that improvements are noticed in as little as one session."
I would spend 75+ mins (PB) on hands and knees making certain it was spotless. Which was great, necessary, time-consuming and physical (the studio is a whole lot larger with a cloth and bucket in hand!)
Every single day offers one, if not more, possibilities to learn. What is so rewarding for me is that I get to pass that learning along, to share information, impart knowledge and more often than not, see someone shine in front of my eyes!
I have found a pleasurable quietness and it is my mission to share it with as many clients as I can.
"you are the Jo Malone of massage"..."I wish I had your job"..."a beautiful space created by a beautiful person"..."amazing hands"
"Some may think this to be indulgent, others might say irresponsible. But for those who have experienced a connection with themselves...you will understand the happy anticipation I am experiencing today."
